An international student from Mongolia, Munkh-Orgil Tserenjamts played competitive soccer before discovering his passion for volleyball – and is now charting a path for others as a member of the University of Toronto’s Varsity Blues. “What makes me most proud is becoming, as far as I know, one of the first Mongolian athletes to play varsity-level sport in Canada,” says Tserenjamts, an outside hitter and libero, or defensive specialist, for the team.
