The Bombay High Court has lifted a nearly 10-year-old stay on the Kalu Dam project, allowing KIDC to float a fresh tender. The project's estimated cost has risen from Rs 657 crore in 2016 to around Rs 4,900 crore. F.A. Enterprises can also bid, while its main petition remains pending.
