The Customs SIIB (Export) has arrested a customs broker and exporter for allegedly attempting to export 200 kg of psychotropic substance, Ketamine Hydrochloride, to Korea. Officials said the shipment was misdeclared and lacked a valid Narcotics Commissioner NOC, which had expired before filing. The consignment was seized under the NDPS Act following examination at air cargo complex.
