In Mumbai, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi said India is steadily becoming a global manufacturing hub, stressing the need for strong quality assurance systems. He was speaking after laying the foundation stone for 36 residential units at the National Test House (NTH) and inaugurating new testing facilities.
