Six questions for Gabriella Rutschmann, Head of Residential Property and member of the Executive Board, about Wincasa’s new property management model and the lasting changes it has brought about. After around three intensive years of implementation, the Target Operating Model (TOM) has been completed. With the opening of the final locations in Western Switzerland, the nationwide rollout has been successfully concluded – with a total of 13 locations in German-speaking Switzerland, four in Western Switzerland and one in Ticino. At the same time, the new model has become firmly established in day-to-day operations: the new roles are working effectively, collaboration has evolved and the organisation has been sustainably repositioned.
