A Bhopal nursing officer received an unexpected clue to her stolen scooter when an e-traffic challan arrived with a photograph showing a woman in police uniform riding the vehicle at Roshanpura Crossing. Police are now examining CCTV footage to identify the rider and determine whether she is actually a police personnel.
