The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested a factory owner in Uttarakhand following a raid that uncovered a Captagon manufacturing operation. Seized were 227.2 kg of Captagon tablets and powder, along with sophisticated machinery. The factory owner allegedly charged ₹50,000 daily for the illicit production, with two arrests made so far.
