Chandigarh resident awarded Rs 90,000 relief over in-flight service lapses - The Tribune
The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has directed Air India and Air Canada to pay a total compensation of Rs 90,000 (Rs 45,000 each) to a Chandigarh resident for failing to provide a pre-requested vegetarian/vegan meal during her journey and for the delayed delivery of her checked baggage.
