The Bombay High Court questioned whether the Indian Medical Association has the locus standi to challenge Maharashtra’s CCMP framework allowing trained homoeopathy practitioners to practise modern medicine. The State argued that the IMA had not shown any legal injury, and further arguments in the case will continue on Friday.
