The Bombay High Court allowed a 17-year-old rape survivor to terminate her over 24-week pregnancy, stating that reproductive freedom, bodily autonomy, privacy and dignity are constitutionally protected rights. The court directed Sir JJ Hospital to conduct the procedure and ordered support under the Manodhairya Scheme.
