Imee Marcos urged the Department of Information and Communications Technology, Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center and the National Telecommunications Commission to enforce their mandates as regulatory agencies and ensure that young people are not exposed to online platforms and dark web communities that espouse violence.
