In Mumbai, the Maharashtra School Education Department has signed a Letter of Intent with Google for Education to train over four lakh teachers in Artificial Intelligence and digital skills through the ‘Google AI Educator Series’. The 18-month programme aims to enhance AI literacy and modern teaching methods across government and aided schools without financial burden on the state.
