The BMC Standing Committee approved the OC Amnesty Scheme to regularise eligible occupied buildings without Occupation Certificates. Covering residential flats up to 80 sq m built before November 17, 2016, along with eligible schools and hospitals, the scheme will take effect after final BMC approval and issuance of implementation guidelines.
