The Madhya Pradesh government is preparing to restore Saubhagya Singh’s powers as chairman of the MP Text Book Corporation, months after restricting his authority over a massive Ujjain-Bhopal vehicle rally. Singh was barred from the corporation premises and from using official facilities or taking decisions. His reply has since reached the CMO.
