The Madhya Pradesh High Court’s Indore bench has directed the state to provide a dedicated doctor and establish an on-site nursing care unit at Ujjain’s Sewadham Ashram. The court sought a concrete action plan within two weeks, noting that residents requiring continuous medical care cannot depend solely on private charitable efforts.
