Aurum PropTech acquired Housing.com for Rs 458 crore in an all-stock deal on Thursday. This acquisition completes Aurum's five-year strategy of acquiring proptech startups. The latest deal brings together two companies whose paths first crossed nearly a decade ago. This is the company’s ninth acquisition since 2021.
