Sachin Waze has opposed the NIA’s appeal challenging his bail in the Antilia explosives and Mansukh Hiran murder cases. He argues that gelatin sticks without a detonator or fuse do not alone establish a terrorist act under the UAPA. The Bombay High Court is scheduled to resume hearing the appeal on October 16.
