The Bombay High Court directed authorities not to use the monsoon as an excuse for delaying restoration of electricity and basic amenities for eligible Garib Nagar slum dwellers affected by an anti-encroachment drive. The court also sought the State's response over the lack of water supply to toilets and will hear the matter again on July 21.
