President Donald Trump took aim at rapper Nicki Minaj during the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner, cracking a joke about the April shooting incident at the organization's gala. Referring to the moment guests were told to "get down" after gunfire erupted, Trump quipped that Minaj "started twerking" because she was the "only one that really understood what that meant."The joke drew laughter from parts of the audience and quickly went viral online. It comes after Minaj recently appeared alongside Trump at the White House and publicly praised him on social media following a Rose Garden event and Oval Office meeting.
