Democrat Alicia Garrido Limtiaco has emerged ahead of Republican incumbent James Moylan in Guam's non-voting House delegate race, giving Democrats an early red-to-blue flip in the 2026 US midterms. With all precincts reporting, Limtiaco secured 51 percent against Moylan's 48.8 percent, according to unofficial results. Meanwhile, Donald Trump celebrated Republican Tony Ada's victory in Guam's governor's race on Truth Social, without acknowledging the Democratic lead in the delegate contest. The results remain subject to certification.
