(Nasdaq: ERAS), a clinical-stage precision oncology company singularly focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing therapies for patients with RAS/MAPK pathway-driven cancers, today announced that it has closed its previously announced upsized public offering of 36,142,857 shares of its common stock, including 4,714,285 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ full exercise of their option to purchase additional shares. The shares of common stock were sold to the public at a price of $17.50 per share. The gross proceeds to Erasca from the offering, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, were approximately $632.5 million. All of the shares of common stock sold in the public offering were sold by Erasca.
