The Argentina federal judge in a landmark decision ruled that Giacomo Cerutis ‘Portrait of a Lady will be restored to its true owners. The painting was stolen from a Jewish-owned art gallery in Amsterdam in 1945 and was missing since 80 years. The observers at the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagbladdiscovered the painting in a real estate listing in the seaside resort town of Mar del Plata.
