The Bombay High Court dismissed a challenge by Sameer Dinkarrao Javalekar in a decades-long Pune land dispute, imposed Rs 1 lakh in costs payable within four weeks and directed the executing court to prioritise proceedings over an eviction decree granted in 1974, preferably resolving the matter within four months.
