Indore's Sayaji Hotel’s Food Licence Suspended, Kitchen Sealed After Inspection
Indore district administration suspended Sayaji Hotel’s food licence and sealed its kitchen after a surprise inspection found serious food safety lapses. Officials cited irregularities in storage, temperature control, labelling, hygiene and pest control. Food safety teams also collected samples and flagged deficiencies at Signature Boutique Hotel and a private school.
