Surrendered Naxalites Hold Tricolour For First Time On Independence Day In MP’s Balaghat
Thirteen surrendered Naxalites participated in Independence Day celebrations at a rehabilitation camp in Balaghat, holding the Tricolour and singing the national anthem for the first time. The Naxalites, mostly from Chhattisgarh, surrendered in 2025 and are living under police protection as part of Madhya Pradesh’s rehabilitation policy.
