Forest officials rescued a 2–2.5-year-old male leopard from Indore's Choral forest range after villagers reported that the animal remained motionless despite attempts to drive it away. SDO Subhash Sharma said the leopard repeatedly appeared to lose consciousness following its rescue. Veterinary teams began medical examinations and round-the-clock monitoring to determine the cause of its condition.
