CBI has arrested Prabhu Dayal for allegedly posing as a Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying official and demanding bribes from AHIDF loan applicants. The case traced a wider pattern in which applicant details, QR codes and shifting phone numbers were allegedly used to collect payments.
