Our innovative purchasing strategies ensure both ecological sustainability and cost optimization in home energy management. By passing on the best wholesale electricity prices to our customers, we can reduce their electricity bills by an average of 35%. Owners of electric vehicles and smart meters can particularly benefit from our dynamic electricity tariff, as they can automatically charge their vehicles at home when wholesale electricity prices are especially low. Our Rabot Energy app allows users to easily set charging preferences and track current wholesale electricity prices. With our intelligent charging solutions, we actively contribute to increasing the share of renewable energy in Germany’s total electricity consumption. Our vision is to empower every customer to intelligently manage their energy consumption while conserving the environment and resources. Why now?

The energy market is experiencing its biggest transformation in 50 years. We’re no longer just managing electricity; we’re making it intelligent. RABOT is growing at a triple-digit rate – and with the launch of our home storage system and a fresh rebrand, we’re rewriting our brand story.

Now we’re looking for someone from the creator world to tell this story. You come from influencer, creator, or content management, have built your own reach or nurtured talent – ​​and finally want to use this expertise for a brand that truly makes a difference. This is your opportunity: You’ll build RABOT’s creator and social media presence from the ground up – with your own budget, creative freedom, and a team that supports you.

Your mission

You make RABOT visible on social media and through creators. Content is your domain – and you produce it yourself. You develop formats for Instagram and YouTube, sometimes even appearing in front of the camera yourself, and independently produce videos (reels, shorts, long-form content) – from concept and filming to editing. You define our content pillars and translate the new brand tone of voice into a memorable visual language – instead of just planning posts.

Your second pillar is the creator and influencer network: You find the right people, brief them, monitor quality, and build genuine relationships – not just transactions. You manage the associated budget independently. You work closely with the Brand & Content team, report directly to the Head of Marketing, and lead the function with the clear goal of soon taking full responsibility for it.

Your results

We think in terms of results, not to-do lists. If you’re successful, it looks like this:

Month 3 (Ramp-up)

  • Your platform and content strategy is in place: You have prioritized which channels and formats we will use first – and can explain why.
  • The content pillars are defined, and the brand tone of voice is translated into a social visual language.
  • A consistent content cadence is maintained across at least two platforms (e.g., Instagram + YouTube).
  • Your first self-produced video formats are live – and the first lessons learned from them are in.
  • Your first creator roster has been identified and prioritized, and initial collaborations and productions have been commissioned.

Month 6 (Performance)

  • All target platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook) are actively used.
  • Self-produced video formats are run regularly and measurably contribute to reach.
  • Two to three creator/influencer collaborations are currently operational.
  • Your reporting framework for reach, engagement, and channel contribution is in place and will be reported on regularly.

Month 12 (Scale)

  • RABOT has a recognizable, independent creator and social media presence in the German-speaking energy market.
  • Organic reach measurably contributes to the awareness KPI.
  • A stable network of creators and influencers has been established.
  • You have structurally expanded the function – whether with a junior on the team or a fixed creator portfolio – and manage it completely independently.

Who we are looking for

  • Creator at heart: You come from the creator, influencer, or content world – whether as a creator yourself, from talent/influencer management, or content management. You know what works on Instagram and YouTube because you’ve lived it.
  • Audience Builder: You have a proven track record of building reach – your own account, a brand’s, or that of talents you’ve mentored (from 0 to 50,000–100,000+ followers). You know how to build reach from scratch (approx. 3–5 years of experience).
  • Platform native: Instagram and YouTube are your home, and you’ve mastered LinkedIn as well. Content mix, algorithms, format testing, cadence – you make decisions based on data (insights, social listening), not gut feeling.
  • Networker: You brief creators and influencers, monitor quality, and build genuine relationships. You manage your creator and content budget independently.
  • Video Creator: You produce your own content – ​​primarily video. You’re comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, familiar with filming, editing, and the usual tools, and have a strong visual sense. You don’t need an agency to create a good reel, short, or video format.
  • For you , Greenfield is not a risk, but an invitation. You don’t need a finished playbook – you write it yourself. You take ownership and keep a clear head even in ambiguity.
  • Language: You communicate in German at a native speaker level. Tone is your tool, not your obstacle.

Nice to have: your own creator account with a community, experience with video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere) and your own equipment, YouTube experience (long form or shorts), background in energy, cleantech or fintech, basic knowledge of meta ads and experience in building a small in-house team (junior, working student).
