(Nasdaq: CELU) (the 'Company”), a longevity-focused regenerative and cellular medicine company, today announced that it received a notification letter on May 27, 2026, from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC indicating that, as a result of the Company’s delayed filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2026, the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) requires listed companies to timely file all periodic financial reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
