MBS Turns To ‘ENEMY’ Israel For Help? After US, Mecca Pact Allies REFUSE To Fight Iran Ally Houthis - Times of India Videos
Saudi Arabia has reportedly sought Israeli intelligence assistance against the Houthis after Pakistan refused to participate in offensive operations inside Yemen and Donald Trump declined to lead another American military campaign. Israeli media reports say indirect Saudi-Israeli security discussions were mediated by US Central Command. The alleged assistance covers Houthi deployments, missile and drone positions, maritime activity and operations around Bab el-Mandeb. Saudi Arabia and Israel have not established formal diplomatic relations. Pakistan has reportedly offered to deploy military assets to defend Saudi territory under the Mecca Pact. However, Islamabad will not send forces into Yemen or join attacks against the Houthis. The distinction exposes the pact’s limits: it may cover collective defence, but it does not automatically oblige Pakistan to support another Saudi intervention abroad.
