Navghar police have registered an FIR against Ashok Narayan Pipariya and his wife Asha for allegedly re-entering and occupying his 72-year-old mother Lilabai’s Mulund East home after possession was handed to her under orders of the Senior Citizens Tribunal and Bombay High Court. Further investigation is underway.
