Patient dies after ambulance overturns in Sterling Heights crash at known problem intersection
The crash happened at the intersection of Van Dyke and Metropolitan Parkway on Sunday around 6 p.m. Police say the ambulance was traveling southbound on Van Dyke with its emergency lights and siren activated when it was struck by a Jeep.
