The Committee granted Srinivas Attipalli of the Company, Definitive Healthcare’s new SVP and Head of AI & Data - Product, an inducement award consisting of 1,063,830 time-based restricted stock units ('RSUs”), effective July 24, 2026. These awards were individually negotiated and granted as an inducement material to Mr. Attipalli’s respective commencement of employment with Definitive Healthcare in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).
