SAN CARLOS CITY — The Central Pangasinan Electric Cooperative (Cenpelco) has addressed mounting concerns from consumers over the recent increase in electricity bills, attributing the higher charges to record-breaking summer temperatures and increased power consumption during the hottest months of the year.
