The Asiatic Society’s management committee has passed a resolution seeking action against Chairman Bhalchandra Mungekar over his September 26 walkout during Vande Mataram. The resolution has been sent to trustees and general members. A Special General Meeting is expected to discuss it, and Mungekar could retain his post if he apologises.
