Former Maharashtra DGP Sanjay Pandey has approached the Bombay High Court seeking quashing of a Thane FIR alleging extortion, conspiracy and forgery. He calls it a political vendetta and cites a three-year delay. The complainant alleges coercion to implicate Eknath Shinde, Devendra Fadnavis and Param Bir Singh. The HC will hear the plea on December 18.
