SAN FERNANDO CITY, Philippines — Pampanga Governor Lilia 'Nanay' Pineda called on President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to immediately fund the proposed flood control master plan of the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) to protect the province from further flooding permanently.
