A Mumbai-based platform called Meowmbai has been launched to map, track and support the city’s street cat population through crowdsourced data. Founded by Sudarshan Birla, the website allows users to upload geotagged cat sightings, report health needs and build digital profiles. The initiative aims to help animal welfare groups improve rescue, treatment and adoption efforts across Mumbai.
