Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky suggested that the United States remains heavily focused on the Iran crisis, saying the situation there is "not as ceasefire as everyone would like." Speaking alongside Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin in Kyiv, Zelensky argued that Washington's attention on Iran affects support for Ukraine, particularly in the area of air defence and anti-ballistic capabilities. He also said Kyiv is prepared to participate in trilateral talks with the United States and Russia, expressing hope that such a meeting could take place before autumn. According to Zelensky, Ukraine will first discuss proposals with Washington before further discussions involving Moscow.
