Complainants in the alleged Lalbaugcha Raja festival mismanagement case have filed a rejoinder opposing the respondents’ stand and sought transfer of festival administration to the state government and statutory authorities. They allege recurring crowd-management, security and volunteer misconduct issues, and have sought stronger CCTV coverage and police deployment.
