THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) has declared its readiness for the Sept. 14, 2026, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) Parliamentary elections, stressing that its biggest concern is no longer the voting technology but external factors that could undermine the integrity of the polls.
