The National Investigation Agency has arrested an accused in a Manipur IED attack. This incident killed two minor children and injured another person in Bishnupur district. The investigation was taken over by the NIA after the initial police registration. The accused was produced before the Special NIA Court in Imphal. Further investigation is underway to identify other individuals involved in the conspiracy.
