DAGUPAN CITY — Residents of Zamora Street Extension in Barangay Pogo Chico in this city have appealed to Mayor Belen Fernandez for immediate intervention as flooding in their community has reportedly persisted for 35 days, leaving homes partially submerged and residents exposed to health and electrical hazards.
