Feeding of pigeons or other birds shall be permitted only at locations specifically designated by the Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh. Feeding at roads, footpaths, parks, public buildings, markets, roundabouts and other public places shall be prohibited to prevent littering, public nuisance and health hazards.
