real estate: Adam Levine bought Rob Lowe's mansion for $52 million in 2022; 3 years later, he sold the renovated estate for $60 million - The Economic Times
Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo have sold their Montecito mansion for $60 million, three years after buying the property for $52 million in 2022, reports say. Originally built for actor Rob Lowe in 2009, the Georgian-style estate underwent renovations by Clements Design to introduce a minimalist aesthetic. The nine-bedroom, 14-bathroom residence features a gym, sauna, movie theater, wine cellar, swimming pool, tennis court and a two-bedroom guesthouse. Although the couple initially listed the property for $65 million, they reportedly agreed to a lower price. Their next home is a Spanish-style ranch built in 1919, closer to their children's school.
