Aamir Kazi staged a sit-in protest on the Delhi Airport tarmac after alleging that SpiceJet flight SG-800 to Mumbai was delayed by nearly three hours and passengers waited inside a non-air-conditioned aircraft. Kazi said the incident was his first air travel experience and raised concerns over passenger comfort, communication and accountability in aviation services.
