Russia has issued a chilling warning over the possibility of NATO nuclear weapons being stationed in Lithuania. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Lithuanian territory could come within the sights of Russia’s nuclear arsenal if such weapons were deployed there. The warning follows a Lithuanian parliamentary move to remove constitutional restrictions on hosting foreign military bases and weapons of mass destruction.
