Andrew Buzzell was arrested this month on a charge of distributing child sexual abuse material which he'd received and shared in online chatrooms. The 34-year-old was a church elder who ran the Vermont chapter of Child Evangelism Fellowship, and volunteered with chapters in Massachusetts and Maine.
