Rahul Gandhi raised the issue of damaged PMGSY roads in Raebareli during a DISHA meeting, displaying photographs of pothole-ridden stretches and seeking details of agencies responsible for their construction. Officials assured repairs, while Gandhi stressed proper records identifying each agency. The meeting also reviewed food security and other Central schemes, with 21.92 lakh people receiving ration in Raebareli. Meanwhile, SP MLAs protested over alleged school closures, land encroachment, farmers’ issues, unemployment and poor amenities.
