Mumbai Customs Seizes Diamonds, Gems And Jewellery Worth ₹10 Crore In BKC Export Smuggling Case; 1 Held
Mumbai Customs seized undeclared natural diamonds, gemstones and jewellery valued at Rs 10 crore from an export consignment at BKC. The shipment had been declared as lab-grown diamonds worth Rs 5.10 lakh, with the valuables concealed in a hidden compartment. One person was arrested and sent to judicial custody as investigators probe suspected smuggling and possible money laundering.
